Ramora UK Ltd was chosen by UPM Tillhill as the contractor of choice for the inspection and clearance of a silt bed from a lake in the Thames Valley. 

 

The site had been used by various military and home guard units in the past and intelligence suggested the possibility of ordnance within the silt bed. 

 

Following an eight week clearance operation, our Ramora UK Ltd professional successfully cleared approximately 200 tons of silt and disposed in excess of 100 items of ordnance in the process.
